How do I schedule an appointment?

Appointments can be made by direct contact, by phone (91), WhatsApp message (91) and email (marcações@coreli.com), or directly through the appointment system available on our website.

If you choose the booking system, start by selecting the type of service you want to schedule and then enter your details and availability dates/times. After this process, a member of our team will confirm the booking and contact you to obtain relevant information for making the booking.

What to expect at the first appointment?

The first contact will consist, in the initial phase, of an initial assessment to collect the clinical history, evaluate movement/posture, and define the plan and objectives of the intervention. Subsequently, the treatments discussed with the patient will begin.

It is advisable to wear comfortable clothing that allows exposure of the area(s) to be treated.

Are the sessions covered by insurance?

Coreli does not have direct agreements with insurance companies or subsystems, but it is part of the reimbursement system that most of these entities have. This is the case with AdvanceCare, Multicare, Médis, Ageas, ADSE, and SAMS. This means that you pay for our services in full and then submit the expenses to your insurance company for reimbursement.

This reimbursement system may vary depending on the insurance companies, policies, and subsystems. You can contact your insurance company to find out the protocol to follow to obtain the respective reimbursement.

Do I need a doctor's prescription to undergo physical therapy?

No medical prescription is required for physical therapy. Physical therapists are independent professionals who work directly to promote health and prevent disease. They are technically qualified to assess, diagnose, plan, perform, evaluate, and determine when physical therapy can be discontinued.

However, if you wish to request reimbursement from your health insurance provider, you will need a medical prescription dated prior to the start of treatment.

Payment and accepted methods

Payment is made at the time of the session and can be made in cash or via Mbway.

Can I cancel or reschedule a session?

You can cancel or reschedule sessions by contacting us directly by phone (91), WhatsApp message (91), or email (geral@coreli.com).

To ensure the smooth running of the schedule and access to our services for other users, all cancellations or requests for schedule changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session time.
