Rights of the data holder

Under the terms provided by law, the user is guaranteed at all times: the right of access, updating and rectification of their personal data, as well as deletion or limitation of its processing. You can also request data portability.

Deadlines for storing information

Personal data necessary for the provision of health care will be retained under the terms of the legislation applicable to hospital documentation archives and the periods defined therein.
