To ensure the proper functioning of the schedule and access to our services for other users, all cancellations or requests for time changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time of the session.
Cancellations notified with less than 24 hours notice, as well as no-shows without warning, will result in a charge of 25% of the value of the missed session, an amount that will be settled at the next consultation.
Emergency situations or serious unforeseen circumstances (for example, sudden acute illness, accident, hospitalization or death of a close family member) will be analyzed on a case-by-case basis and may constitute an exception to this policy, provided they are properly notified as soon as possible. By scheduling a session, the user declares that they are informed of and agree to this cancellation policy, acknowledging that the reserved time corresponds to a work schedule specifically blocked for them.
The use of this website does not require the provision of personal data. However, if you wish to request clarifications, subscribe to newsletters or schedule an appointment, you should provide us with some data, including your name, email address or phone number.
